The City of Lebanon announced on Apr. 17 that Diamond Rio will perform at the Kenneth E. Cowan Civic Center on Saturday, April 25, as part of Lebanon’s America 250 celebration.

The event is free and open to the public on a first come, first served basis. Organizers expect a large turnout and are encouraging attendees to review parking, entry, and event guidelines before arriving.

Entry for the concert will be located at the rear of the Civic Center under the awning. Multiple parking areas will be available, including accessible options; however, officials said that the Route 66 lot will be closed for this event. Reviewing venue maps ahead of time is recommended to help reduce delays and make entry smoother.

Doors are scheduled to open at 5 p.m., followed by a historical presentation at 6 p.m., with Diamond Rio taking the stage at 7 p.m. All concessions and City apparel sales during the event will accept cash only—credit or debit cards will not be accepted.

A clear bag policy will be enforced inside the venue. Only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 12″ x 6″ x 12″, or one-gallon clear plastic freezer bags are permitted. Backpacks, non-clear purses, camera bags, fanny packs, large printed bags as well as tinted or mesh bags are not allowed inside.

All guests must pass through metal detector screening prior to entering. Prohibited items include weapons, pocket knives and any non-clear bags.

City officials encourage early arrival and careful review of all guidelines in advance in order to help speed up entry and ensure a better experience for everyone attending.
