Registration is open for the annual HK’s Lake of the Ozarks Open, scheduled for May 18-19. Participants can choose to register for two days of golf or just Sunday. The event will take place at The Cove Golf Course on Sunday and at The Club at Porto Cima on Monday.

Peter Brown Sr., co-chairing the event with his son Mark Brown, stated, “All proceeds from this year’s event will support local heart care.” He emphasized the importance of access to advanced heart care technology at Lake Regional.

The tournament kicks off on May 18 with brunch followed by a four-person scramble. The Cove Golf Course features a challenging layout designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. On May 19, play continues with another scramble at The Club at Porto Cima, a Jack Nicklaus Signature course ranked among Missouri’s top courses by Golf Digest.

The event accommodates up to 120 players, with registration fees set at $750 for both days or $450 for Sunday only. Fees cover brunch, refreshments, and entry to the HK’s Benefit Party.

Sponsorship opportunities are available in various packages. Title sponsors include Central Bank of Lake of the Ozarks and True Construction.

Proceeds will benefit Lake Regional Health System’s heart care services, supporting equipment like the Philips Azurion 7 Series. Since its inception in 1979 by Harold Koplar, the tournament has raised over $4 million.
