On June 23, 2022 members of Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group (LANEG), Gasconade County Sheriffs Office, and Owensville Police Department, executed a drug related search warrant in the 400 block of Cherry Ave in Owensville, Missouri. As a result of the investigation approximately one (1) ounce of methamphetamine, marijuana, one (1) firearm, and paraphernalia utilized in the consumption and distribution of methamphetamine and marijuana was located and seized. Three (3) white male subjects were taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance, and one (1) white female was taken into custody for unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance. They were transported to the Osage County Detention Center pending warrant application.
On June 24, 2022, the following subjects were charge through the Circuit Court of Gasconade County:
- Kevin M. Ketterer of Owensville, was charge with Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid.
- Timmothy M. Thompson of Owensville, was charge with Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid, Delivery of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or less of Marijuana or Synthetic Cannabinoid, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
- Brandon R. Horrocks of Owensville, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid.
- Patricia L. Gilbert of Owensville, was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance Except 35 Grams or less of Marijuana/Synthetic Cannabinoid and Unlawful use of Weapon - Subsection 11 - Possess weapon and A Felony controlled Substance.
