Washington, DC – Earlier today, Congressman Alford (MO-04), along with Representatives J. Luis Correa (CA-46), Tracey Mann (KS-01), and Brittany Pettersen (CO-07) announced the establishment of the Bipartisan Congressional Real Estate Caucus. This caucus aims to address key issues within the real estate industry and advocate for policies that support its growth and prosperity.
Highlighting the significance of the real estate sector, Congressman Mark Alford expressed his dedication to the caucus, stating, “I am proud to serve as a Co-Chair of the Real Estate Caucus... I’m honored to be able to chair this Caucus and work together to solve Real Estate issues.”
Echoing the importance of homeownership, Congressman J. Luis Correa emphasized, “Homeownership is an essential part of the American Dream... Our Caucus will bridge the partisan divide and push Congress together to deliver real estate policy that will benefit soon-to-be homeowners across the country.”
Congressman Tracey Mann, drawing from his experience in the industry, highlighted the economic contributions of real estate businesses and stressed the need to empower agents and developers. He stated, “Real estate businesses contribute to the growth and development of our local, state and national economies... Real estate agents and developers should be empowered to provide housing options for all Americans.”

The bipartisan Real Estate Caucus has garnered support from various industry groups, including the National Association of Realtors, Mortgage Bankers Association, and National Association of Home Builders, among others.
