Congressman Mark Alford has announced the establishment of a new U.S. passport agency in Kansas City, Missouri. This development is part of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and aims to improve access to vital services for constituents.

"Our work on the NDAA has focused on enhancing accessibility to passport centers, ensuring that residents of MO-04 and beyond no longer face the inconvenience of traveling over five hours to obtain passport services," stated Congressman Alford.

The new Kansas City Passport Agency will provide in-person and emergency passport services, benefiting the community by offering faster and more efficient processing. "It's not just a win for Kansas City but for all of Missouri," added Alford.
