Victor Phillips, M.D., to its Vascular & Endovascular Surgery | Lake Regional Health System
Lake Regional Health System has announced the addition of Victor Phillips, M.D., to its Vascular & Endovascular Surgery team. Dr. Phillips is a board-certified vascular surgeon with over two decades of experience treating patients with vascular diseases.
“Dr. Phillips is known throughout mid-Missouri for providing exceptional care to his patients,” said Kevin McRoberts, FACHE, chief executive officer of Lake Regional Health System. “We are thrilled to bring his expertise to Lake Regional and to expand on our promise to deliver great cardiovascular care to this community.”
Dr. Phillips will provide a range of treatments for conditions affecting arteries and veins, including carotid artery disease, aneurysms, peripheral artery disease (PAD), deep vein thrombosis (DVT), and other venous disorders. His procedural expertise includes carotid endarterectomy, endovascular aneurysm repair, angioplasty and stenting, and bypass surgery.
“Vascular disease is a progressive condition that requires ongoing attention and coordinated care,” Dr. Phillips said. “My goal is to guide patients through every stage of their disease — from prevention and diagnosis to treatment and long-term management. By providing consistent, comprehensive care, we can improve outcomes and help patients live healthier, fuller lives.”
Dr. Phillips is originally from Jefferson City and has previously worked at Capital Region Medical Center and JCMG before moving to the Lake of the Ozarks area. He received his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City and a fellowship in vascular surgery at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine & Science in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr. Phillips is board certified in vascular surgery by the American Board of Surgery.
